Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actor from the United States. She was best known as Skyler on AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress in Drama Series 2013 & 2014. She performed the roles of Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during Preparatory before her Family moved to Ohio. She was a student at Northwestern University to study theatre as well as the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for many years prior to taking on film and television roles. Anna got her first major part as Arden as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in 1992. Following her appearance as a Guest Star in several TV Shows and movies, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 1990's, she was given the role of Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons in Deadwood, which was filmed in the mid 2000's. Skyler appeared in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was the Deadwood film and a few other films also featured her. Gunn appeared on stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn was in the role of the character Numbered Days in a four part audio podcast that will air in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship of Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and eventual end resembles the end of Walter White's personal life.
